Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

Services on this site are provided by Alacrio Tech LLP, India. "I" and "me" throughout these terms refer to Ankush Chauhan acting for Alacrio Tech LLP.

What is being sold

Manual Work Audit. A fixed-price engagement of one week producing a written Leak Report. Fee $750 USD, payable in full in advance.

The What Works Sprint. A fixed-price engagement of three to four weeks covering diagnosis and the build of one workflow. Fee $4,000 USD, payable $2,000 in advance and $2,000 contingent on the day 30 measurement, as set out below.

Manual Work Scorecard. A free self-assessment tool. It produces an estimate based entirely on figures you supply. It is not advice and should not be relied on as a business valuation or a financial projection.

The audit credit

If you purchase The What Works Sprint within 30 days of delivery of your Leak Report, the full $750 audit fee is credited against the sprint fee. The credit applies once, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expires 30 days after Leak Report delivery.

Scope of the sprint

The sprint covers one workflow, identified and agreed in writing before work begins. The following are excluded:

  • Additional workflows, which are separate engagements
  • Ongoing development, maintenance, or support after delivery
  • Third-party tool licences, subscriptions, and API usage costs, which remain contracted in your name and billed to you directly
  • Team training beyond one handover session

The baseline measurement

Week one of every sprint establishes a written, mutually agreed baseline of the target workflow: hours per week, who performs them, their loaded hourly cost, and error rate where applicable.

Your cooperation in establishing this baseline is a condition of the contingent second payment below. If a baseline is not agreed in writing, the second payment is due on delivery in the ordinary way. The engagement may still proceed.

Contingent second payment

The sprint fee of $4,000 USD is payable in two parts:

  • $2,000 on commencement, non-contingent
  • $2,000 following the day 30 measurement, and payable only if that measurement shows the workflow has saved at least the hours recorded in the week-one baseline

If the saving is not shown

If the day 30 measurement does not show that saving, the second payment is not invoiced and is not owed. You retain the delivered system and all work product regardless.

This term applies to The What Works Sprint only, and not to the Manual Work Audit. It is limited to the single agreed workflow and its agreed baseline. It requires that the delivered system remains in use substantially as delivered through day 30, and that the day 30 measurement is carried out using the week-one method, with your cooperation.

If you do not participate in the day 30 measurement within 45 days of delivery, having been given reasonable opportunity, the second payment becomes due. Absence of a measurement is not evidence that the saving did not occur.

Day 90 measurement

A further measurement is taken at day 90 to confirm the saving held. No payment is contingent on it. Either party may decline it.

Publication consent

Default. You agree that anonymised details of the engagement may be published, including the workflow addressed, the measured before and after figures, and a general description of your business that does not identify it (for example, "a six-person agency in Austin").

Named attribution requires your separate written agreement and is never assumed.

Opt out. You may withdraw consent to anonymised publication at any time by written notice, including before the engagement begins, at no cost and with no effect on the services provided.

Payment

Fees are in USD and are exclusive of any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. Payment is processed by Razorpay; card details are never held by me.

Sprint fees are $2,000 in advance and $2,000 contingent on the day 30 measurement described above. Delivery means the agreed workflow is live and in use.

Cancellation

Audit. Cancel before the intake questionnaire is returned for a full refund. After that the fee is non-refundable, because the work has begun.

Sprint. Cancel before week one begins for a full refund of the advance. After week one begins the advance is non-refundable. If I cancel at any point, you receive a full refund of everything paid and keep all work delivered to that point.

Limitation of liability

My total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business interruption.
