Sprint slots are open. Two clients at a time, because I build the fixes myself. See how the sprint works

You know the hours are going somewhere.

One week. I go into how your work actually runs and hand you a written report saying where, sorted, with the fixes ranked.

$750.

The whole fee comes off the sprint if you go ahead within 30 days.

A diagnosis, not a sales call

Most people will scope your problem for free. That is not generosity. A free scope is a sales call built to end in a proposal for whatever they happen to sell.

This ends in a document you own. If you take it to someone else, or hand it to your own team, or do nothing with it at all, that is a fine outcome. You paid for the answer, not for a pitch.

What actually happens

Before we start

A short intake questionnaire. Twenty minutes of your time, and it is the thing that makes the two sessions useful rather than exploratory.

Days 1 and 2

Read-only access to how work actually flows. Your tools, and a week of real activity. Not a demo of how the process is supposed to work. The gap between those two is usually where the answer is hiding.

Day 3

First working session, 60 minutes. I show you what I am seeing and you tell me where I have misread it.

Day 4

Second working session, 60 minutes. We go through the ranked list together while it is still changeable.

Day 5

You get the written Leak Report.

The Leak Report

  • Where the hours go. Every recurring block of manual work, with an estimate of what it costs you per week and per year.
  • Sorted into four rows. Eliminable, automatable, delegatable, and yours. This is the part that changes what you should buy, because those four need completely different responses.
  • A ranked fix list. Each item scored by effort and impact, so you can see which two things are worth doing and which nine are not.
  • What I would do first, and why. Including the cases where my answer is "do nothing here yet."

It is written to be handed to someone else. Your ops person, a developer, a future hire, or me.

$750, and it may cost you nothing

Fixed price, paid up front. No hourly billing and no scope creep, because the scope is one week and a document.

If you go ahead with The What Works Sprint within 30 days, the entire $750 comes off the sprint price. Not a discount code, not a partial credit. The full fee.

So if the audit leads to a build, the diagnosis was free. If it does not, you still own the report.

Skip this if

  • You already know exactly what's broken. Then you do not need a diagnosis. Go straight to the sprint.
  • You want someone to confirm a decision you've already made. I will probably tell you something you did not want to hear, which is what you would be paying for.
  • Nobody can give me a week of real activity. The report is only as good as what I can actually see. If everything has to stay behind a wall, this will not work.
  • Your Scorecard came back small. If the hours are not there, the report will say so and you will have paid $750 to hear it.

Questions

Because a free scope ends in their proposal. This ends in your document. And the fee comes back to you in full if you go ahead within 30 days.

One week, one document, then you decide

Not sure yet? Take the Scorecard first. Free, four minutes, and it will tell you whether there is anything here worth paying to investigate.
