What this site collects
The Manual Work Scorecard. Your answers to thirteen questions, your email address, and the computed result. Your answers describe how your business spends time. They do not include client names, financial records, or personal data about anyone other than you.
Email subscriptions. Whether you came through the Scorecard or the What Works page, a record of your address, the date, and the exact wording you were shown when you gave it.
Nothing else. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising pixel, and no third-party cookie on this site.
Why
Your answers produce your result. Your email is used to send you that result and a copy of the breakdown.
It is also used for three short follow-ups on that result, over the two weeks after you take the Scorecard. The page says so above the button, before you hand over the address, and every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
The What Works newsletter is separate. You get it by subscribing on the What Works page and clicking the link that arrives afterwards to confirm it was you. Taking the Scorecard does not put you on it.
Where it is stored
Scorecard responses and email addresses are stored with a third-party database provider, and your result email is sent through a third-party email service. Follow-up emails and the newsletter are sent through a third-party email marketing platform, which holds your address, your subscription status and your unsubscribe record. All three are based in the United States. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which holds its own record of the transaction. Each of these providers processes data under its own terms.
Aggregate statistics
Scorecard responses may be used in aggregate and fully anonymised form, for example "founders who took this Scorecard lose an average of 14 hours a week." Aggregate figures never identify an individual or a business.
How long it is kept
Scorecard responses are retained indefinitely so that aggregate statistics remain meaningful over time. You can request deletion of your own response and email address at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact: ankush@ankushchauhan.com.
